Exchange Process:

Our team will review your request and confirm if it qualifies for an exchange.

If approved, you must ship the item back to us within the given timeframe.

Shipping costs related to the exchange will be borne by the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange. Please note that the process can take 15 to 20 working days, depending on the availability of the replacement item.
